Return with Refund
You may return the product within 14 days of receipt by shipping it to our headquarters. Once we receive the package, our staff will carefully inspect the condition of the returned item. If approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original order.

A €10.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using insured shipping. In case of loss or damage during transit, only insured shipments are eligible for courier reimbursement.

When will the refund be credited?
You should see the refund credited to your account within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Not satisfied or ordered the wrong size?
You can exchange your product exclusively at one of our Ottica Lux stores. Visit ottica-lux.com to find the store nearest to you. If there is no Ottica Lux store nearby, you may return the product within 14 days following the instructions and costs outlined above. If you prefer, you can also place a new order before receiving the refund for your return.
Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 days, following the terms and costs indicated above.
