Delivery times and methods
The selling company undertakes to ship the goods within 30 days from the order confirmation,unless different times are specified on the website or agreed upon with the customer.
The order will be shipped by the date indicated in the confirmation order or according to the estimated delivery date selected at the time of choosing the delivery method.
In case of a delay beyond 30 days, for reasons beyond the control of the selling company and except in cases of force majeure, the customer will receive a communication with the new shipping deadline. In such circumstances the customer will have the right to cancel the order and obtain a refund of the entire amount paid.
Delivery methods:
- Shipping will be done by express courier.
- Courrier DO NOT deliver on Saturday,Sunday and on public holidays.
Damaged Packaged: What to do
If at the moment of delivery the package is damaged we invite you to accept it with visible damage noted on the delivery receipt (with reservations) and to tell the courier immediately that the package is ruined. Failure to accept the package with damaged noted (with reservations) DOES NOT guarantee the return, replacement or refund of the damaged product.
If, hoewer the package appear intact but the glasses are damaged you have to communicate with us within 48 hours contacting our toll-free number 800608768 or writing us at the following e-mail address info@ottica-lux.com.
After 48 hours it will no longer be possible to get a refund/return or replacement of the damaged item.
